This morning E412, E413, S414, SU418, U419 and M415 participated in the Reisterstown parade. There were many, many people out this year and it was great to see.
This year the parade coincided with the 9/11 Memorial Stair climb at the M&T Bank Stadium here in Baltimore. Six of our members participated in the stair climb this year. We are very proud of their participation.
It was 20 years ago that 343 firefighters died serving others. Unfortunately, there are many, many more who have died since from cancer and related issues from the attack. We continue to remember all those who have given their lives…

A qualified person will possess the following:
High School graduate or G.E.D.
At least 18 years of age
Valid Maryland EMT-B or higher
Valid driver’s license
Valid CPR card
Current Blood Bourne Pathogens
Current Hazmat Operations
ICS 100, 200, 700, 800
EVOC
Applicants with current medical clearance in Baltimore County or Carroll County will have preference.

On Sunday September 5, 2021 Engine 413 and Squad 414 participated in an acquired structure burn on Glen Falls Rd. Firefighters from Upperco VFC, Reisterstown VFC, Chestnut Ridge VFC, Hereford VFC, Garrison, Randallstown, and Essex performed live burn evolutions. This training covered interior firefighting, ventilation, and rural water supply.
