This morning was the Reisterstown Parade. We pulled the apparatus out and washed it all. Just as the parade was starting S414 was dispatched for an overturned tractor-trailer in Carroll County. S414 went enroute up to the call and just as they arrived they were cleared off the call.
S414 made it back down to join E413 and SU418 for the parade.
Yesterday afternoon Engine 412 and Squad 414 were alerted for a fire in a business on Berrymans Lane in Station 56’s area. Squad 414 arrived immediately behind Engine 56 at an automotive shop and then followed by Engine 413 and many other apparatus from the surrounding area. Squad 414 went to the roof and other crews worked to put the fire out in the shop. Engine 412, Engine 413 and Squad 414 all worked at the fire for approximately an hour.
Nick Tawney is a long time member at Station 41 and last night he graduated from the 118th Recruit Class of the Baltimore County Fire Department.
