It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Life Member Tobe S. Carter (04 April 2023). Tobe joined the Reisterstown Volunteer Fire Company in 1961 and went on to serve in many Fireline and Administrative offices to include the Chief and President of the Fire Company. Throughout the years, Tobe was continually one of RVFC’s top responders. In addition, Tobe was recognized in 2003 as the “Firefighter of the Year” by the Baltimore County Volunteer Firefighters Association.
